As a Security Officer Driver - Full Timein Columbia SC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures monitoring entry and exit points and supporting access control activities at a government location.
• Verify identification screen visitors staff and contractors and maintain accurate access logs and required documentation for authorized entry.
• Respond to incidents policy concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report security-related matters according to site procedures.
• Monitor doors gates control panels and restricted areas to help limit unauthorized access and support the orderly movement of people throughout the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter remaining aware of changing conditions and reporting hazards maintenance concerns and unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A tuberculosis test and MMR vaccinations are required in accordance with DPSS/DHS COLA requirements.
• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
