Responsibilities:

• Oversee all dealership sales operations ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Set clear sales goals and develop strategies to achieve new and used vehicle sales targets.
• Lead mentor and train the sales team to enhance performance and customer engagement.
• Analyze reports identify business trends and implement process improvements.
• Manage showroom e-commerce and phone sales traffic effectively.
• Handle vehicle trade appraisals and manage inventory in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Oversee negotiations ensuring transparency and excellent customer service.
• Monitor budgets expenses and profitability for sales operations.
• Foster a positive work environment driving employee engagement and development.

Qualifications:

• Experience:3 years of automotive general sales management experience with a proven track record in developing sales staff managing a sales department and desking and closing deals.
• Education:College degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Skills:Strong leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and make critical business decisions.
