Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Serve as a key member of the executive team shaping the companys financial direction and long-term strategy
• Partner with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives and business decisions from a financial lens
• Own financial reporting and ensure the integrity of all financial statements

Treasury & Operations

• Lead cash management FP&A and internal controls across the business
• Oversee all AP AR and payroll functions
• Manage banking relationships and capital structure

Stakeholder & Investor Relations

• Interface with banks high-net-worth individuals investors and other key stakeholders
• Represent the companys financial story with professionalism and clarity
• Support fundraising deal-making and growth financing as needed

Qualifications

• Degree in finance accounting or a related field
• Strong command of financial statements and reporting
• Experience in a high-growth or multi-unit business environment preferred but exceptional talent will be considered
• Strategic thinker with the creativity to solve complex financial problems
• Polished communicator comfortable operating at the executive level
• Driven ownership-oriented and ready to go beyond a 9-to-5 mentality
