What Youll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to offer acceptance

• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter research referrals and outbound calling

• Conduct consultative interviews with mid- to senior-level professionals

• Partner with leadership on search strategy and execution

• Manage client accounts through ongoing communication and search updates

• Maintain accurate activity and data within the ATS/CRM system

What Were Looking For

• Recruiting experience preferably in an agency setting

• Experience with sourcing outbound recruiting and passive candidate engagement

• Comfortable managing activity metrics and performance goals

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals daily

• Competitive goal-driven mindset with a desire to increase earnings

• Construction industry experience/knowledge is a plus!

• Ability to work onsite in our Plano office
