Pay Rate: $60 $68/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: Day Shift (2:00 PM 10:00 PM)
Hours: 8 hours per shift (40 hours/week)
Overtime: Available
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care during assigned shifts. The RN Supervisor will support daily clinical operations provide leadership to nursing teams and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to maintain compliance efficiency and optimal resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and patient care activities during assigned shifts
• Ensure care delivery aligns with resident care plans and facility policies
• Assist in developing implementing and evaluating individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with regulations and standards
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate clinical changes to physicians
• Provide leadership mentorship and guidance to RNs LPNs and CNAs
• Conduct routine patient rounds and address resident/family concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate timely and compliant documentation of nursing activities

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
• BSN preferred; Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination Required

Experience:

• 02 years of RN experience preferred
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care Strongly preferred
