Job Summary
As part of a high-performance and dynamic team we are looking to complete the team a proactive curious well-organized and stress resistant team-player Sales Executive being able to deal with tight deadlines and able to work independently albeit in close collaboration with various business stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Delivering budgeted targets for new sales in the credit insurance business line.
- Developing the relationship between Coface and its brokers and other intermediaries.
- Ensures prospecting and qualification of opportunities.
- Maximizing the opportunities for all product lines thereby maximizing contribution.
- Taking joint ownership of the loss ratio on the portfolio with the Risk department and delivering a profitable result to the business.
- Adhering to Swiss and Group Commercial Underwriting of Credit Insurance Business Standards and processes.
- Correctly completing all required compliance activities for new business as set out by regulators and Group.
- Guarantees the proper implementation of policies in partnership with the Account Management teams coordinating all internal resources (Risk Compliance Legal IT etc.) in order to deliver a high level of service to customers.
- Working closely with Customer Services to ensure timely and efficient service to clients and brokers.
- Supporting other Commercial Teams to assist in achieving company objectives.
- Updating and maintaining CRM.
- Presents monthly monitoring of actions undertaken as well as regular reporting.
- Participates in the creation of sales support materials in partnership with Marketing (thematic training presentation of offers etc.).
Additional Information :
Education :
- Higher education Degree level (business school or university).
- AFA non-life diploma require
- Good knowledge with IT tools: Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel SharePoint
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in selling financial services or complex solutions with Brokers preferably in an international insurance environment or over long cycles with Financial Departments
- Knowledge of credit insurance and/or financing solutions
Competencies:
- Fluency in German and English; fluency in another language is an asset (French / Italian).
- Detailed oriented precise working supportive and client oriented character.
- Ability to deliver high-quality services with tight deadlines and approach problems in an independent flexible systematic and anticipatory manner.
- Pleasure in building relationships and business opportunities.
- Passion for new customer acquisition.
- Result-oriented and self-motivating.
- Strong organizational planning and analytical skills.
