Job Description
Job Scope
Responsible for sales activities in the North and Northeast regions of Brazil with a strong focus on developing new business opportunities with both new and existing customers ensuring the sustainable achievement of commercial results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sell and promote products to public and private hospitals as well as clinical analysis laboratories acting in a consultative manner
Advise customers on problem-solving clarification of technical questions and the optimal use and profitability of the systems offered
Prospect new customers with purchasing potential aiming to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Participate in public bidding and procurement processes including collection and analysis of bid documents and preparation and presentation of commercial proposals
Analyse sales statistics and performance indicators to identify business opportunities for new products within existing customers
Prepare sales visit and commercial performance reports.
Monitor billing and payment processes with customers ensuring alignment with internal departments
Education Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Biomedicine Biology or Biochemistry or related fields
Experience in a similar role within Immunology in the diagnostics market
Consultative sales experience in the healthcare segment preferably in IVG
Strategic account management experience
Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is a plus
Preferably based in Fortaleza/CE

Responsável por vendas na região Norte e Nordeste do Brasil com foco no desenvolvimento de novas oportunidades de negócios junto a clientes novos e atendidos assegurando o alcance sustentável dos resultados comerciais.
Principais Atividades
Realizar a venda e a divulgação dos produtos junto a hospitais dos setores público e privado bem como laboratórios de análises clínicas atuando de forma consultiva
Orientar clientes na solução de problemas esclarecimento de dúvidas técnicas e na melhor forma de utilização e rentabilização dos sistemas oferecidos
Prospectar novos clientes com potencial de compra visando a ampliação da base de clientes e o aumento da participação de mercado
Participar de processos licitatórios e concorrências públicas incluindo a coleta e análise de editais elaboração e apresentação de propostas comerciais
Analisar estatísticas e indicadores de vendas para identificar oportunidades de negócios de novos produtos nos clientes atendidos
Elaborar relatórios de vendas visitas e performance comercial
Acompanhar o processo de faturamento e de pagamentos junto aos clientes garantindo alinhamento com as áreas internas
Educação Experiência e Qualificações
Nível Superior Completo: Biomedicina Biologia ou Bioquímica ou áreas correlatas
Em função similar em Imunologia no mercado de diagnóstico
Vendas consultivas no segmento de saúde preferencialmente em IVG
Gestão de contas estratégicas
Pacote office
Experiência com CRM preferencialmente Salesforce
Desejável inglês Intermediário a avançado
Desejável residir em Fortaleza/CE
