Meet the Team

As the Finance team we keep Fever running smoothly by managing payments invoices and financial operations. We ensure everything is accurate and reliable so that every other team can focus on their mission. We are the backbone of the companys scalability ensuring our global growth is supported by financial excellence.

The Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to lead our global A/P function across 50 countries. This role sits at the heart of our financial operations where you will not only manage a high-performing team of 10 FTEs but also act as a key architect in our journey toward automation and process excellence.

You will be responsible for standardizing our global A/P footprint driving the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ensuring that as Fever grows our payables processes remain scalable compliant and world-class.

What Youll Do

• Lead and oversee the global Accounts Payable function across 50 countries ensuring standardized scalable and compliant A/P processes.
• Manage and develop a team of 10 FTEs setting clear objectives monitoring performance through KPIs and fostering a high-performance service-oriented culture.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation across the end-to-end A/P cycle (invoice processing approvals vendor management month-end).
• Support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within the A/P area contributing to process design testing and implementation while ensuring a smooth transition and adoption by the team.
• Define track and analyze key process metrics (e.g. cycle time backlog aging) to identify bottlenecks mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Finance Operations and business stakeholders across all regions to ensure alignment compliance and operational excellence.
• Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to local statutory requirements in all operating countries.

This position is located in Madrid (Spain).

Who You Are

• Degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• 7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance including team leadership experience.
• Experience working in multi-country or international environments.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Strong process improvement and automation mindset with solid analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced data analysis skills.
• Experience with invoice automation or workflow tools.
• Background in shared service or centralized finance environments.
