As SWE Area CI (Continuous Improvement) Lead you are responsible for the overall performance of the distribution center. You plan organise staff direct and control all office and warehouse activities. Assist senior management in establishing warehouse performance objectives and standards. You have accountability for achieving prescribed company objectives regarding costs productivity accuracy and customer service. Responsible for managing all aspects of customer requirements including but not limited to inventory accuracy shipping receiving P&L responsibility rate requirements and development of incentive programs.

High frequency of business trips in the Area (other countries can be added) is expected to have a strong presence within all our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will

  • Lead the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy and implement its roadmap in the area based on Lean management principles;
  • Plan direct and implement warehouse operations procedures and support to meet prescribed productivity and service levels
  • Manage Six Sigma projects and coach and monitor Kaizen and other Sigma Belt projects;
  • Perform and guide in-depth analysis to identify opportunities;
  • Ensure and support assurance around agreed Lean Six Sigma standards;
  • Train coach and support warehouse management teams and other stakeholders in the Lean Six Sigma methodology;
  • Support operational teams in implementing operational excellence and Lean Six Sigma tools (5S SQCDP signs gemba standard work etc.);
  • Be in charge of the project reporting and CI tracker.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all customers and stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Establish programs to improve customer awareness at all levels in the organisation.
  • Maintain records and reports to ensure customer service levels are being met (CI tracker).

Your Skills And Experiences

  • At minimum a bachelor (or similar) level degree and LSS GreenBelt certification (must);
  • Proven knowledge and experience in project management and analytic mindset;
  • Proven skills in change management leading and motivating teams;
  • Result and customer driven mindset;
  • Coaching and training skills;
  • Knowledge of the MS Office package;
  • You speak English and French. Spanish is also desirable.
