Youll have a deep understanding of different audiences how to communicate with them and methodologically identify marketing initiatives in pursuit of aggressive growth goals.
What does a Brand & User Insight Marketer do at Simply
You will be the bridge between data and creativity. You wont just look at numbers; you will uncover the Why behind user behavior and translate those insights into a powerful resonant brand story. You will be the ultimate advocate for our users ensuring their voice shapes every marketing campaign and strategic decision.
If youre have a deep understanding of audience behavior and the consumer journey you might just be our special someone. Youll work closely alongside product developers designers and data analysts to drive value creation for business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Working on multiple projects at a fast pace from conducting research positioning building the marketing strategy hands-on execution messaging and measuring results. No challenge is too big!
- Leading research and turning consumer-centric quantitative and qualitative insights into the right message for the right audience across multiple channels.
- Youll build execute and optimize marketing strategies across different channels aligned with our overall business goals and impact areas.
Experience and skills
- 3-4 years of strategic marketing experience in a global performance-oriented consumer company start-up or advertising agency
- Extensive experience with content and strategy
- Deeply understand US audiences the competitive landscape and all parts of the consumer journey using audience-led thinking to determine the best way to achieve an outcome.
