- Conduct planned and ad-hoc test flights on unmanned aerial systems documenting all procedures and observations with meticulous attention to detail
- Analyze flight test data telemetry information and system performance metrics to identify anomalies and areas for improvement
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation detailing test results findings and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and internal safety protocols throughout all flight operations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with drone systems flight control software and avionics equipment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine test plans and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all test flights equipment maintenance and system modifications

Qualifications :

- Proven experience operating and testing unmanned aerial systems (UAS) or drones
