Job Summary
- Provide handson support to the BE Delivery Lead to secure strategic alignment and measurable value realisation.
Lead endtoend PMO steering across all streams: status consolidation risk management and orchestration of project ceremonies.
Proactively surface strategic operational and delivery risks ensuring early visibility and mitigation.
Break down silos by facilitating fast crossfunctional issue resolution.
Challenge plans assumptions and delivery approaches with a constructive solutionoriented mindset.
Produce executivelevel reporting enriched with insights trends and decisionready analysis.
Support leadership with factbased recommendations to accelerate decisionmaking.
Continuously refine and strengthen governance frameworks for the Belgian implementation.
Promote a culture of change adoption and continuous improvement in Ways of Working.
Coordinate closely with the Global PMO to ensure alignment on steering reporting and governance.
Prepare highquality materials for executive ceremonies committees and governance bodies.
Act as a trusted representative of the Belgian program in Grouplevel steering when required.
Qualifications :
Senior experience in largescale transformation programmes especially those involving IT replatforming and operating model evolution.
A solid 510 years of experience in program and project management within complex multistream environments.
A professional background in the IT sector is essential; experience in the energy sector is a strong plus.
MUST be fully fluent in FR / NL / EN
