Industrialization Work Package Manager
At the Tubize site
In Tubize you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products C4ISR Crypto Global Solution MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission
Lead and coordinate industrialization activities and the industrialization plan for
assigned work package(s) throughout the project lifecycle and ensure timely
delivery
Collaborate closely with design engineering process engineering quality
procurement and manufacturing teams
Identify assess and mitigate risks related to industrialisation stages
Develop competitive industrial strategies (Testability resources policy make-
buy lead-time Recurrent Cost subcontracting T/MRL validation level of
automation) with the area responsible aligned with the product policy
Monitor and report on the progress of industrialisation tasks escalating issues
and implementing corrective actions as necessary
Lead regular review and coordination meetings with stakeholders and provide
transparent communication and documentation
We are looking forward to
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical Manufacturing
Industrial or related field)
Proven experience (typically 4 years) in industrialization manufacturing
engineering or project management within an industrial or high-tech
environment
Strong understanding of production processes quality standards supply chain
and good project management skills
Effective communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to
coordinate cross-functional teams
French level C1/2 & English level B2
Familiarity with lean manufacturing Six Sigma or continuous improvement
practices
