Our Online Casino Dealers come from many different backgrounds including customer service retail hospitality restaurants entertainment and other people-facing roles. No previous casino experience is required we provide paid training.

What Youll Do

• Deal live casino games like Blackjack Roulette Baccarat and Poker on camera.
• Chat naturally with players about pop culture sports music and trivia.
• Handle cards and game equipment accurately.
• Keep conversations friendly upbeat inclusive and entertainment-focused.

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working on camera
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable professional and team-oriented
• Able to pass required background checks
• Able to obtain a Michigan gaming license we help with the process

• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting.
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment.
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards.
• Able to work assigned shifts including evenings weekends or overnights depending on schedule.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license.
