Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams in managing and resolving customer reported issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring fast and sustainable solutions minimizing customer impact and improving product quality.

You will work in a dynamic environment where collaboration problem solving and continuous improvement are key. The role involves close interaction with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong engineering knowledge with a hands-on mindset
• 10 years of experience in Automotive 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with Jira KOLA and Creo
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as FMEA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Solid project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional work
• Structured and analytical approach with strong ownership
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish
