Job Summary
- Selbständige Führung von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern
- Verantwortung für die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Durchführung und Abstimmung von Intercompany-Transaktionen inkl. quartalsweiser Abstimmungen
- Mitarbeit bei Monats- Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR und IFRS
- Erstellung der MWST-Abrechnungen sowie Umsatzabstimmungen
- Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanzkennzahlen und Reports
- Mitwirkung beim internen Kontrollsystem (IKS)
- Mitarbeit und Übernahme von Teilprojekten zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen
Qualifications :
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (oder in Ausbildung dazu) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe IT-Affinität insbesondere gute Kenntnisse in Excel und SAP (FI/CO)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Selbständige zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung
