Job Summary
Corporate Account Manager Food & Beverage Division
Were seeking a Corporate Account Manager F&B to accelerate our fastgrowing Food & Beverage portfolio in MoroxNorth Africa and support our ambition to double the business within two years. This role is designed for a commercially driven leader who combines technical depth strategic account management and the ability to build trusted partnerships with regional and multinational customers.
You will oversee some of our largest and most strategic corporate accounts drive crossregional alignment and collaborate closely with North Africa teams to ensure consistent execution and value delivery. The position may be based in Morocco Egypt or Algeria depending on candidate location and organizational requirements.
What Youll Lead
Drive Strategic Growth & Profitability
Own and grow a portfolio of key corporate and multisite accounts
Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and Ecolabs growth roadmap
Identify shape and close highvalue GAIN opportunities across regions
Lead pricing contract renewals and marginimprovement initiatives
Strengthen Customer Operations & Outcomes
Conduct indepth site assessments and deliver datadriven recommendations
Deploy Ecolab technologies to elevate productivity food safety sustainability and quality
Support customers across Food Beverage Dairy and multiplant networks
Track and communicate KPIs to demonstrate measurable value
Manage a HighImpact Portfolio
Ensure strong coverage risk mitigation and competitive defense
Maintain accurate forecasting CRM updates and executivelevel reporting
Champion Safety Compliance & Operational Excellence
Uphold Ecolab and customer safety standards
Complete required certifications and ensure incident reporting
Promote best practices across customer sites and internal teams
Collaborate Across Regions & Functions
Partner with Supply Chain Marketing Technical Business Development and Corporate Accounts
Leverage regional and North American teams for sanitation programs digital solutions and equipment support
Influence crossregional strategy and support global customer initiatives
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree preferred (Engineering Food Science Chemistry Biology etc.)
2 years in Corporate Accounts Sales F&B Hygiene/Sanitation Chemicals or Technical Service
Strong consultative selling negotiation and problemsolving skills
Experience managing large or multisite customers is a strong advantage
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
