Compensation:
Salary starting from $45000 annually commensurate with experience

Job Summary

Reporting to the HR Manager the Recruiter isresponsiblesourcing and screening qualified candidates and ensuring alignment with organizational requirements. They coordinate interviews assess candidate suitability support onboarding initiatives maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to strengthening the organizations employer brand. This is a fully in office role locatedin the heart of Toronto Downtown.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment.
• Organize and conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Assist/organize with the onboarding process/orientation.
• Support new hires during orientation and assist with initial integration into the organization.
• Actively scout for new and efficient sources for generating a qualified candidate pool.
• Actively source andengage with potential applicants via social media platforms and job boards.
• Assist with retention strategies and planning.
• Maintain communication with all relevant personnel/departments.
• Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete organized and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and keep records of candidates.
• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• College or university degree in business human resources or related field.
• Prior experience with healthcare recruitment would be considered an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with high volume recruitment
• Strong interpersonal time management communication and conflict resolution skills to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency withMS Office Suites includingOutlook PowerPoint Word and Excel is required.
