Creative Designer Graphics

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer you will play a key role in conceptualizing designing and delivering visually appealing and impactful graphic solutions across various platforms. Your exceptional design skills strategic thinking and ability to lead and mentor junior designers will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts designs and layouts for a wide range of Sales & marketing and promotional materials including Presentations & Document print collateral digital assets social media graphics infographics and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Presales marketing product development and copywriters to understand project requirements objectives and target audience.
• Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and meet sales objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends best practices and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance design processes and output.
• Create and maintain design guidelines templates and visual assets to ensure consistency and brand integrity across all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing workloads meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all design deliverables are accurate error-free and visually impactful.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors providing clear and concise design briefs and overseeing the production process when necessary.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders incorporating feedback and revisions to ensure final deliverables meet expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design visual communications or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across multiple platforms.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Photoshop Figma etc) AI tool and a solid understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout.
• Ability to work on web design presentations video and content creations for social media and Talent Management/Acquisition.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and effective design solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to other designers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital marketing UX/UI design principles and emerging design trends is a plus.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
