Job Summary
MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
Compensation: based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the culinary team with food preparation for banquets weddings and special events
- Help with basic prep tasks such as chopping vegetables assembling salads preparing garnishes and portioning ingredients
- Support chefs with plating and finishing dishes during large event service
- Maintain clean and organized prep stations walk-ins and storage areas
- Assist with loading transporting and setting up food for banquet service
- Help restock kitchen supplies ingredients and service equipment
- Follow food safety sanitation and health department guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and banquet teams to keep service running smoothly
- Assist with post-event breakdown cleaning and resetting kitchen areas
- Jump in wherever needed during busy service periods
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to work on their feet and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable punctual and team-oriented
- Prior kitchen prep or food service experience is helpful but not required
- Availability to work evenings weekends and event-based schedules
