Responsibilities

• Lead mentor and support technicians to ensure high-quality efficient repairs
• Act as the technical expert for the shop assisting with complex diagnostics and repair challenges
• Assign and manage workflow to maximize productivity and meet customer deadlines
• Maintain repair quality standards and ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status timelines and technical explanations
• Conduct quality control checks on completed repairs
• Promote a positive team-oriented shop culture focused on safety cleanliness and continuous improvement
• Assist Service Management with training coaching performance feedback and process improvements
• Lead by example with professionalism accountability and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shop Foreman Lead Technician or senior-level automotive technician
• Strong diagnostic mechanical and technical skills
• Proven leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume service environment
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction through quality repairs
• Professional well-groomed personal appearance
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays as needed
• Clean driving record
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
