What Drives Success
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
This sales representative sells products services and supplies to selected customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts. The person in this position may have account responsibility with quotas. Limited field activity may occur but only on an infrequent basis.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Quote jobs
- Close the sales on assigned products or may generate leads for outside sales staff.
- Pro-actively sell to installed-base in support of company promotion and upgrade campaigns.
- Collaborate with and support field sales.
What We Are Looking For
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Requires at least 2 years related experience.
Requires strong abilities with building relationships listening persuading negotiating and managing time. - Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics product demonstration sales techniques and sales control systems.
- Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Effective at written and verbal communication.
- Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
FYI this role will be onsite at our Sacramento Lennox store location Monday-Friday.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $59840 and $78540 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan.
