Clinical Nurse Specialist (Grade 2) Aged Care

Ideal Candidate

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
• Ability to prioritise and problem solve to manage the complex clinical care needs of patients through the development and use of clinical management plans.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
