About Your New Role:
Were looking for a motivated and energetic Territory Manager to take ownership of the Coffs Harbour region. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by growing Cleanaways presence and delivering smart sustainable waste solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
In this role youll be out in the field building strong lasting customer relationships spotting growth opportunities and introducing innovative sustainability-focused services to both new and existing clients. Youll be trusted to lead from the front and shape your territory as if it were your own.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Hitting the road to grow our customer base through face-to-face business development.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase market share.
- Reporting on your pipeline wins and activity keeping things accurate and up to date.
- Using Salesforce to track opportunities manage leads and keep your portfolio humming.
What Were Looking For:
Youll be a confident communicator with a natural flair for sales and relationship-building. You dont need waste industry experience well teach you that but you do need a passion for getting results and making a difference.
Youll also bring:
- A solid track record in B2B sales with a focus on hitting (or smashing!) targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.
- A current drivers licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- Resilience initiative and an enthusiastic proactive attitude.
