We are looking for fearless students who are ready to take on a challenge.

The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn grow and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically collaborate crossfunctionally and create impact.

What Will You Experience

Throughout the internship youwill gain a holistic understanding of how a global sports brand operates combining business exposure structured learning andrealworldapplication:

Are You The Next Rookie

• Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelors or Masters) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 June 2027)
• Hold EU citizenship OR are a nonEU student studying in the Netherlands
• Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum
• Humble and hungry with a strong willingness to learn

As a Merchandising Planner Rookie:

Your Impact

• Supportthe evolution of the EMEA SKU target-setting framework. This ensures that the product offerings align with sales analysis marketdemandsand the brands strategic goals leading to better customer satisfaction and increased sales.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of Merch Planning dashboards in collaboration with the cross-functionalteams.
• Take ownership of recurring and adhoc data preparation checks and trackers used in seasonal planning.
• Help streamline manual processes improve data accuracy and strengthen documentation.
• Enable the team to make better faster planning decisions through improved data visibility and readiness.

• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule requiring 4 days in-office per week.
