We are looking for a Senior Global Mobility Specialist to play a key role in shaping and managing our global mobility framework. This role will support the development implementation and continuous improvement of mobility programs policies and processes across multiple regions.
This position is part of the combines both strategic input and hands-on execution working closely with HR Payroll Total Rewards and business stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant mobility solutions that support organizational growth.
What Youll Be Doing
- Contribute to the design and evolution of global mobility policies and guidelines (e.g. relocations international assignments remote work abroad) aligned with business needs
- Act as a subject matter expert providing guidance on mobility-related topics across regions
- Manage international assignments and relocations end-to-end including coordination of immigration relocation services and compensation elements
- Ensure smooth delivery of mobility cases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline mobility processes
- Support the development of documentation guidelines and tools to enhance consistency
- Partner with external vendors (immigration relocation tax) to ensure service delivery and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of mobility activities
About You
- 5 years experience in global mobility international assignments expatriate management
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take ownership of processes and topics
- Strong understanding of immigration tax and compliance considerations
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience contributing to policy development or process improvement initiatives is a strong advantage
Annual gross salary: 250000 - 350000 Ron
