Responsibilities
- Define and execute a 35 year B2B business strategy
- Own full P&L responsibility for the B2B division
- Report directly to CEO on strategy and performance
- Align closely with Group Company for customer transition and synergy
- Retain and grow existing customer base from Group Company
- Develop new B2B channels (hotels airlines HORECA retail export)
- Identify and execute new sales and distribution opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations for key accounts and long-term contracts
- Collaborate with R&D on product innovation and market-driven solutions
- Optimize product portfolio pricing and margin strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing B2B commercial team
- Drive customer-centric and performance-driven culture
- Work with operations and supply chain to align demand and production
- Monitor market trends and competitor landscape for strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing Food Science or a related field
- 710 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in F&B manufacturing or FMCG
- Proven track record in expanding customer base and developing new sales channels
- Strong experience in full P&L ownership with measurable business impact
- Demonstrated ability to build lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in professional English and Thai
