Head of Sales & Business Development Automotive Industry Rayong

Hire Matrix is currently partnering with a well-established automotive manufacturing organization in Thailand to identify a strategic commercial leader for a Head of Sales & Business Development opportunity based in Rayong.

This position will report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in driving business growth customer strategy and market expansion across the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities include:

Defining and executing commercial and sales strategies

Leading key customer relationships and strategic account management

Driving new business development and market share growth

Managing and developing a high-performing sales team

Conducting market intelligence and competitive analysis

Working closely with senior leadership on business planning and growth initiatives

We are interested in speaking with individuals who bring:

Extensive experience within the automotive industry

Strong sales commercial or business development leadership experience

Proven success managing OEM and Tier 1 customer relationships

Strong negotiation and strategic planning capabilities

Experience leading teams and driving revenue growth

Fluent English communication skills
