P-Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week 5 days a week with weekend rotation

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist you will work with patients of all ages and abilities to help them improve their mobility relieve pain and prevent or recover from injuries. Your role will be crucial in helping patients achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients medical history physical condition and functional abilities to determine the most effective treatment plan

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities such as exercises manual therapy and equipment to help patients improve their strength flexibility balance and coordination

- Monitor and document patients progress adjust treatment plans as needed and communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patients care

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue their progress at home

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in the field of physical therapy and incorporate them into practice

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient treatments and progress

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice and maintain patient confidentiality

- Collaborate with other team members such as occupational therapists speech therapists and physicians to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- Current state license or eligibility to obtain a state license as a Physical Therapist

- CPR/BLS certification

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties

- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
