Training:
46 weeks with a dedicated mentor fully paid
Live freight from day one real loads real routes
ELD HOS pre/post trip inspections covered in detail
Weekly pay throughout the entire program
Solo transition at $0.56 CPM after completion
What the Job Looks Like:
Dry van no-touch freight
Around 60% drop and hook
miles per week
Eastern routes with consistent year-round freight
Day and night dispatch depending on load
Pay:
$0.56$0.65 CPM based on experience
Weekly earnings typically $1200$1500
Extra pay for stops layovers and breakdowns
Six-month pay increase
$300 paid orientation
Weekly direct deposit
Home Time:
Planned home reset every two weeks
Equipment:
Assigned Freightliner or Kenworth ()
APUs on all units
Benefits:

Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL age 21
Must have completed a minimum of 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
No major violations in last 3 years
