CDL-A New Graduate Driver

Looking for a smooth transition into your first solo driving job Our Paid CDL Driver Program bridges the gap. If you have your license but need verifiable experience we provide 4 to 6 weeks of comprehensive paid on-the-job training. After graduation you get upgraded to a solo tractor with 100% no-touch dry van freight and full company benefits.

Fast Facts:

• The Training: 46 weeks of paid mentor-led road training.
• The Freight: 100% Dry Van. No physical loading or unloading.
• The Route: Coast-to-coast OTR lanes (48 states).
• The Schedule: 2 weeks out on the road at a time.
• The Rest: 1 day of home time earned for every week spent on the road.
• The Pay: Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1000 after training.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• At least 21 years old.
• Open to recent graduates or drivers looking to get back into the industry.
