Job Summary

STATEMENT OF NEED AND INTENT:
The Proposer certifies that it meets the following MQs:
- Mastery of the Epic Ambulatory application.
- Current Epic Ambulatory application certification.
- Familiarity of all phases of clinical application implementation are required including discovery validation workflow and process design application build application testing integrated testing end-user training go-live optimization maintenance and upgrade.
- Project management experience in a multi-stakeholder healthcare organization implementing projects of high complexity.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Desirable experience knowledge and skills may include but not be limited to the following:
- 5 years of Epic EHR implementation experience
- Epic Ambulatory Certification and current CEE.
- Experience of Epic Reporting Workbench
- Specialty experience/certifications such as Wisdom Bones Kaleidoscope Healthy Planet MyChart EpicCare Link and Compass Rose.
- Communication experience for strategic and tactical deployments
- Experience with Epic integrated projects
STATEMENT OF NEED AND INTENT:
- SFDPH is looking for a contractor to provide general Epic Ambulatory application support. Experience with Epic Wisdom Bones Kaleidoscope Healthy Planet MyChart EpicCare Link and Compass Rose is also desired. This contractor will work on Service Desk Tickets optimization requests assist with project build and other duties assigned.
