Job Summary

As a Salesforce DevOps Analyst at Aledade you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality reliability and seamless deployment of our Salesforce-based solutions. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies automating testing processes managing CI/CD pipelines and supporting environment management within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with developers admins and product owners to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Primary Duties

  1. Develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud Service Cloud etc.). Conduct functional regression integration user acceptance testing SI and Smoke testing.

  2. Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes using tools like Gearset Git Jenkins and Salesforce DX.

  3. Monitor and manage Salesforce environments and releases across sandboxes and production. Implement DevOps best practices to improve deployment efficiency and reduce errors.

  4. Analyze test results identify bugs and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards during deployment and testing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS / BTech (or higher) in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in Salesforce QA and/or DevOps roles.

  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Apex Lightning and APIs.

  • Experience with test/DevOps automation tools (e.g. Selenium Provar Gearset).

  • Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git) CI/CD tools and deployment processes.

Preferred KSAs

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies QA best practices and test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins Git Gearset Copado Bitbucket and Salesforce DX.
  • Understanding of data security privacy regulations (e.g. HIPAA) and how they apply to Salesforce solutions in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in scripting for test automation (e.g. JavaScript Python or Apex for testing frameworks).
  • Skilled in using QA tools such as Selenium Provar TestNG Postman or Workbench.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and deployment plans.
  • Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the capability to articulate complex technical issues to a diverse audience
