What Youll Be Doing
Provide strategic and operational leadership for Surgical Services
Oversee theatres day procedures outpatient clinics and perioperative care
Drive clinical governance safety and quality improvement initiatives
Lead workforce planning supervision and development of surgical teams
Maintain active clinical involvement in your specialty
Strengthen training pathways and postgraduate education programs
Remuneration & Benefits
Motor vehicle allowance ($28786 p.a.)
CPD allowance ($16974 p.a.)
Relocation supports up to $15000

What Were Looking For
Fellowship with Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (or equivalent)
Eligible for specialist registration with AHPRA
Proven clinical leadership and service management experience
Strong commitment to education governance and quality improvement
