We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Surgery to lead Surgical and Perioperative Services at a major teaching and referral centre.

The Opportunity
This is a rare senior leadership role combining:

What Youll Be Doing
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for Surgical Services
  • Oversee theatres day procedures outpatient clinics and perioperative care
  • Drive clinical governance safety and quality improvement initiatives
  • Lead workforce planning supervision and development of surgical teams
  • Maintain active clinical involvement in your specialty
  • Strengthen training pathways and postgraduate education programs
Remuneration & Benefits
  • Motor vehicle allowance ($28786 p.a.)
  • CPD allowance ($16974 p.a.)
  • Relocation supports up to $15000

What Were Looking For
  • Fellowship with Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (or equivalent)
  • Eligible for specialist registration with AHPRA
  • Proven clinical leadership and service management experience
  • Strong commitment to education governance and quality improvement
