SAP PS Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of SAP Project Systems implementation projects ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
• Configure SAP PS functionalities including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Network Activities Milestone Billing and Cost Planning to support diverse project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration with other SAP modules such as FI CO MM and SD.
• Participate in client workshops to gather and analyze requirements perform FIT-GAP analysis and assist in developing functional specifications.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements and Forms) objects in collaboration with technical teams.
• Support testing activities (SIT UAT) data migration processes and post-go-live support to ensure smooth project transitions.
• Provide guidance on leveraging SAP PS best practices and innovations for enhanced project management.
• Mentor junior team members and support capability development within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in SAP with a focus on SAP Project Systems and involvement in at least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation.
• Solid understanding of SAP PS configuration including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Network Activities Project Scheduling and Resource Management.
• Experience in integration with other SAP modules such as FI CO MM and SD.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and basic knowledge of Agile principles.
• Experience with the latest SAP S/4HANA enhancements in project systems is advantageous.

Certifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate Project Systems (Preferred).
• Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP Prince2) (Desirable).

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Engineering or a related discipline.
