Our client specialises in inbound multichannel customer support across multiple verticals from their quality strategically located centres in Fiji South Africa and Peru and via their work from home colleagues in Namibia. Job Type: Full time Permanent
Location: South Africa
Workplace: Remote
Working hours: 40 hours per week (85 hours shifts per day inclusive of lunch/breaks)
Rotational shifts Mondays Sundays which includes public holidays as operationally required
Working hours may be subject to change depending on client requirements
Requirements
- Native level fluency in the German language: Verbal & Written skills essential (advanced level may be considered)
Located in South Africa
Permanent residence permit / South African ID holders only
Excellent computer literacy and technical skills
No criminal record
Flexibility to work shifts
Previous customer service experience preferred
Work From Home requirement:
- Fibre internet connection or stable fixed ADSL line of minimum 20 MBPS up/down required at own cost
- Must be a fixed line internet solution
- No wireless connections accepted
Responsibilities
Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries for the Customer
Relations department in the German & English language
Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in German & English which may include written correspondence
Fully paid product and systems training provided
Daily interactions with international passengers assisting with queries and complaints
Required to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet expected client service levels
Demanding dynamic and time-sensitive Contact Centre environment
What you should know
- Full time permanent contract: Operational hours: 24/7; 365 days per year
Training: 4 - 7 weeks (fully paid)
Probation period: 4 months
