Assistant Manager Enabling Area - Talent Talent Advisor

Location: Delhi

The team

As part of the team you will collaborate with Talent Advisors business leaders and other COEs to ensure smooth execution of performance management processes governance and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact employee experience talent outcomes and organizational effectiveness

Your work profile

  • Act as a learning and talent development advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals.

  • End-to-end management of learningcalendar anddeliveries

  • Manage periodic learningactivitiesi.e. MIS impact analysis communications budgetingetc.

  • Evaluate and recommend development options both formal and informal including buy build and/or redesign as well as theappropriate deliverymechanism

  • Conduct needs assessments and prioritization exercise with business stakeholdersdeterminegaps in curriculum/programs advise on fulfillment efforts ensure quality delivery against theobjectivesaligned with business.

  • Recommendappropriate deliverymechanisms (e.g. classroom e-Learning virtual classroom performance support blended learning) and leading-edge instructional design strategies based on defined learning outcomes

  • Liaise with regional teams and member firm learning organizations.

  • Provide advisory support to stakeholders.

  • Provide input to program monitoring and reporting.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with various internal teams in pursuit of team goals and for internal eminence

Requirements:

  • Proactiveself-motivatedand demonstrated ability to work independently andvirtually withminimal guidance.

  • Extremely strongattention to detail and workethic.

  • Ability to deal withambiguity andproactively address change in direction and friction points.

  • Demonstrated experience leading and interacting with cross functional teams across multiple locations in a matrix organization.

  • Previousproject management success in organizations which require collaboration consensus and a high degree of influence to be successful.

  • Excellent business acumen to develop effective strategic businesspartnershipwith key stakeholders to further business trusting relationships based on integrityresponsivenessand results.

  • Comfortable navigating through innovations in learning strategies and technologies.

  • Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills geared to all levels of audience.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree or equivalent required

  • 5-8years experience working in a large multinational organization preferably within the learning function.
