The Experience Youll Create:
The Financial Analyst will support FP&A & Operations through reporting forecasting budgeting and ah-hoc analysis across multiple lines of business driving actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Supports the FP&A team with financial reporting analysis and planning activities across food & beverage operations providing clear and actionable insights.
- Assists in the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial models to support operational and strategic decisionmaking.
- Executes detailed variance analysis by diving deep into source data to uncover root causes of deviations.
- Contributes to monthend close processes including financial reviews data validation and management reporting support.
- Supports pricing investment and proforma analyses by gathering data maintaining models and summarizing results.
- Partners with crossfunctional teams to respond to adhoc financial requests and operational inquiries.
- Helps develop and maintain dashboards reports and analytical tools to improve visibility into financial performance.
- Ensures accuracy and consistency of financial data while adhering to internal controls and reporting standards.
Ingredients for Thriving:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field required.
- Experience in FP&A Accounting or a related analytical role; relevant internship experience will be considered.
- Advanced Excel Skills experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills thrives in fast-paced environment
- Strong Attention to Detail & Data Integrity
Location(s) & Logistics:
- This position is based in Sterling Heights MI and follows a hybrid schedule only local candidates (currently living in Michigan) will be considered for this role.
- No overnight or extended travel is required; occasional local travel may be needed as business needs arise.
