Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of department
- Coordinating services
- Conducting lot checks
- Creating and issuing billing invoices
- Following up on invoice payments
- Processing payments
- Performing vehicle intake
- Verifying insurances
- Opening and closing truck repair orders
- Maintaining stellar interdepartmental relationships
- Participating in regular departmental meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
- Valid Drivers License & Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization follow-through and attention to detail skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills & knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
