• Perform repairs and projects in carpentry tiling plumbing electrical drywall and general handyman trades
• Communicate with customers regarding job progress and any changes to scope labor or materials
• Proactively identify additional repair opportunities and communicate them to customers
• Accurately track job details using company-provided software
• Provide regular job status updates to the Office Manager
• Represent and strengthen the Ace Handyman Services brand through quality craftsmanship and professionalism

• Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and time management skills
• Professional verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven experience as a craftsman or professional handyman preferred
• Own tools necessary for carpentry tiling drywall plumbing electrical and general repair work
• Reliable transportation capable of hauling ladders and materials
• Valid drivers license current auto insurance and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Independent thinker who takes pride in exceeding customer expectations

• Ability to lift carry pull or move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs while following safety protocols
• Frequent bending twisting reaching and standing for extended periods
• Maintain safe and clean work environments

• Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Moderate noise levels when operating power tools and equipment
