Were continuing to grow and are looking to add a driven Outside Sales Representative to help us expand our client base through netnew business acquisition.
Job Overview:
The purpose of the Outside Sales Representative is to drive new business growth by identifying engaging and closing new partners for NOVAs managed IT services and solutions. This is a hunter-focused role ideal for a selfmotivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting building pipelines and being rewarded directly for results.
This position requires strong time management persistence relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to manage a full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospect and secure net-new business opportunities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Present NOVAs managed services security and IT solutions clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and partner success
- Stay informed on industry trends competition and emerging technologies
- Represent NOVA at networking events conferences and trade shows as needed
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven outside B2B sales experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable prospecting and generating your own pipeline
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently within a defined territory
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region
Required Skills:
- B2B Sales: 2 years (minimum)
- Outside / Field Sales: 2 years (minimum)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): 2 years
License / Certification:
- Valid Drivers License (Required)

- Full-time
- 8hour shift (8:30am 5:00pm) Monday through Friday
