We are looking for fearless students who are ready to take on a challenge.

The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn grow and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically collaborate crossfunctionally and create impact.

What Will You Experience

Are You The Next Rookie

• Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelors or Masters) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 June 2027)
• Hold EU citizenship OR are a nonEU student studying in the Netherlands
• Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum
• Humble and hungry with a strong willingness to learn

As a Go-To-Market Rookie:

You will support the execution of key Go-to-Market activities including Summit planning showroom and sell-in preparation and cross-functional coordinationensuring smooth delivery across multiple workstreams.

Your Impact

Enables efficient execution of GTM tools Summit planning and showroom/sell-in readiness
Ensures accuracy organization and timely delivery across deliverables
Provides additional capacity for coordination updates and operational tasks
Supports sample management and storage organization ensuring product readiness
Maintains content and tools across platforms improving accessibility and consistency

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
High attention to detail and accuracy across data tools and coordination tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and problem-solve
Ability to manage and track timelines deliverables and project updates
Interest in event planning showroom execution and commercial environments
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (data organization trackers presentations)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Workplace Location

• Location: Amsterdam
• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule requiring 4 days in-office per week.
