Job Summary
Our team of TPMs work with senior product and engineering leaders to define strategy and requirements. They design coordinate and execute technical solutions that scale globally. Managing numerous complex systems and organizations they are expected to make appropriate trade-offs between business vs. technical constraints clearly communicate goals roles and responsibilities. They also identify opportunities to converge overlapping technical efforts and drive the long term strategy.

Manage Operational relationships with support teams and internal operations business partners to drive increased performance
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Effectively interact and collaborate with Customers Project Sponsors Technical Product Managers and multiple internal teams to define and deliver complex solutions
Proactively recognize and drive opportunities to simplify processes
Contribute to and influence technical designs
Drive effective teamwork communication collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
Lead the effective and efficient delivery of large complex technical projects and programs
Anticipate bottlenecks provide escalation management anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance business needs with technical constraints Identify assess track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
Create maintain and disseminate program information to stakeholders

A day in the life
In this role you will own the development and implementation of global standards for liquid cooling systems across AWS Data Centers. As liquid cooling technology scales rapidly across the fleet you will define global serviceability requirements including maintenance spares training and certification requirements. You will coordinate with Field Engineering and product teams and drive operational readiness for new liquid cooling deployments to ensure liquid cooling infrastructure is maintained safely and reliably at global scale.
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5 years of analytical quantitative communication and presentations experience
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- 5 years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities including but not limited to: data centers power generation or oil and gas facilities experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
