Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
Build and run a full property management operation from the ground up
Oversee day-to-day field operations across a multifamily portfolio in NYC
Manage both on-the-ground operations and back-office functions as a single unified leader
Systems & Infrastructure
Establish back-office functions including billing charges and administrative processes
Build dashboards and KPIs tracking vacancy turnover unit downtime and portfolio performance
Performance & Accountability
Drive a high-performance process-oriented culture focused on efficiency and results
Monitor asset performance and push for continuous improvement across the portfolio
Qualifications
510 years of property management experience ideally in New York City
Capable of handling both field operations and back-office setup
Proven ability to build and scale systems not just manage existing ones
Strong command of AI tools and property management technology
