Job Summary
This role requires hands-on experience in reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher) integrations (REST/SOAP FBDI) application development (VBCS APEX) and end-to-end data flow across ERP SCM and HCM modules along with strong skills in issue analysis root cause analysis (RCA) patch validation and implementation of new features and enhancements. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting cross-functional issues and ensuring seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technical support across Oracle FusionERP SCM and HCM modules supporting business processes across Finance Supply Chain and HR.
- Develop maintain and support reports usingOTBI and BI Publisher (BIP)across Finance Procurement and HCM domains.
- Design and support integrations usingREST APIs SOAP web services and FBDIfor data migration and system interfaces.
- Design develop and maintaincustom applications and extensions using VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) and Oracle APEX.
- Enhance user experience by buildingUI extensions dashboards and lightweight applicationsusing VBCS/APEX integrated with Fusion.
- Analyze production issues perform technical troubleshooting debugging androot cause analysis (RCA) and provide effective resolutions.
- Supportdata extraction transformation validation and reconciliationacross Finance Supply Chain and HR data.
- Assist in the implementation ofnew features enhancements and automation solutionsacross Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Performpatch validation impact analysis regression testing and post-upgrade verificationfor Oracle quarterly updates.
- Collaborate closely withfunctional consultants (Finance SCM and HCM)to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate inperformance tuning and optimizationof reports integrations and custom applications.
- Maintain technical documentation includingTDDs interface specifications and support guides.
- Ensure effective communication withbusiness users functional teams and stakeholdersfor issue resolution and delivery alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technical support across ERP SCM and HCM modules.
- Proficiency in OTBI report development and BI Publisher (BIP) across Finance Procurement and HCM.
- Strong experience in integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
- Hands-on expertise in FBDI (File-Based Data Import) templates and data loading processes.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis debugging and reporting support.
- Experience supporting key business processes:
- P2P (Procure-to-Pay)
- R2R (Record-to-Report)
- HCM (Core HR Payroll or related modules support level)
- Strong ability to analyze issues perform root cause analysis (RCA) and deliver technical fixes across ERP SCM and HCM.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion patch validation regression testing and quarterly upgrade cycles.
- Exposure to production support incident management and service request handling.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion data model and security architecture (RBAC roles privileges) across ERP SCM and HCM.
- Experience in SIT UAT support and deployment activities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with Finance SCM and HR stakeholders.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and support artifacts.
- Oracle Fusion technical certifications preferred (any of the following):
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant Certification
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Fundamentals
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification
- Oracle BI Publisher Certification
