• ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is part of the ASSA ABLOY Group the global leader in access solutions. To support our growing Hungarian team we are looking for aSales Supportcolleague who is motivated detailoriented and eager to develop in an international environment.

Your role

• As a Sales Support team member you will play a key role in supporting our sales organization and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the sales team with quotations orders logistics and administrative tasks
• Coordinating internal processes between sales service operations and other departments
• Maintaining and updating sales service data reports and documentation
• Assisting with customer inquiries and followups
• Contributing to process improvements and efficient sales&service support workflows

What we are looking for

• Junior profilewith ideally24 years of experiencein sales support service sales administration or a similar role
  or
• Strong fresh graduateswith high motivation and strong interest in sales and business operations
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Customeroriented mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel skills are an advantage)
• English language skills are an advantage
