As an Order Management Support Specialist you will play a key role in supporting customers and sales teams across the Benelux region. Acting as a central point of coordination you will manage quotations process customer orders maintain customer master data and ensure smooth order fulfilment through close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.

This role combines order management sales support stakeholder coordination and operational excellence in a dynamic international environment. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex processes maintaining high levels of accuracy and driving issues through to resolution.

What Youll Do

  • Manage customer orders throughout the order lifecycle ensuring accuracy and timely processing

  • Support quotation activities and coordinate with Sales Account Managers and other internal stakeholders

  • Maintain customer master data and ensure high levels of data quality

  • Monitor order progress and proactively follow up on open actions and exceptions

  • Support invoicing-related activities and order fulfilment processes

  • Investigate and resolve order-related issues and escalations

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations Manufacturing and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution

  • Maintain accurate documentation and system records

  • Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent English plus an additional European language

  • Ideally minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service customer operations order management sales support logistics or a related environment

  • Previous exposure to ERP systems or operational platforms

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow complex processes

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve

Nice to Have

  • SAP experience

  • Salesforce experience

  • Experience in multinational or shared service environments
