Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together weve helped big brands local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over 15 billions worth of business through our platform. Were constantly launching new cities and products so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career.

We are now looking for an experienced and strategic Account Manager with a true service first and analytical mindset to join our team. This is a varied and challenging role where youll build strong relationships with our restaurant partners and help them thrive on Wolt.

What youll be doing

In this role youll take care of your own restaurant portfolio acting as a trusted partner and advisor while driving performance and growth.

Day-to-day in this role youll:

  • Manage the overall restaurant relationship post-onboarding.
  • Conduct strong analysis of portfolio performance and frequent quality & satisfaction checks.
  • Contact restaurant partners via phone and other channels.
  • Provide analytical after-sales support to improve partner performance.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Report on the status of accounts.
  • Promote new services and marketing campaigns to existing partners.
  • Act as a key communicator between operations and restaurant partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report back.

Our humble expectations

  • 3 to 5 years of success in account management or B2B sales with clear commercial impact.
    Strong analytical judgment. Comfortable using dashboards such as Looker and Power BI to turn data into decisions.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • High ownership and reliability. You manage your pipeline remove blockers and seek guidance only on new or complex work.
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
