Membership Receptionist DWR Clubhouse

The Membership Aide greets members parents and visitors with a friendly professional demeanor provides information about Club programs and assists with membership processes. This role helps maintain a secure clean and organized entrance creating a positive first impression monitors lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access and coordinates with program staff during member pick-up.

These are some of the additional things you will do as a Membership Aide:
- Monitor lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access to restricted or program areas and coordinate with program staff during member pick-up.
- Assist the Membership Coordinator with accepting and processing member applications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information on Club programs to members parents visitors and respond to phone inquiries.
- Learn about programming requirements and objectives for the five core program areas.

This is what your schedule would look like:
- This role is part-time and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments or class schedules.
- AM Shift: 6:45 PM - 12 PM
- Work location: DWRClubhouse - 2680 East Main Street

Qualifications
We have great staff who can teach you skills on the job but there are some traits that will make you more successful as a Membership Aide.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- You are a fun energetic and excited individual.
- You want to pursue a career in data entry billing and accounts receivable.
- You have a passion for building a better community.
- You have the ability to communicate and cooperate with children other staff and parents.
- Minimum of 17 years or older
As part of our commitment to child and member safety there are some additional steps that all hires will be asked to complete.
- You will need to provide 3 references. These references should be professional if you have work experience. If you dont have work experience these references can be any non-family member over the age of 18 who can speak to your character and professionalism.
- You will also be asked to complete a drug screen for any illegal substances a background check and a fingerprint check.
