Key responsibilities include:
- Supervisingandtraininghousekeepingstafftomaintainhighstandardsofworkandguestsatisfaction.
- Managinghousekeepingsuppliesandequipmentensuringallnecessarymaterialsareavailableandproperlystored.
- Coordinatingspecialprojectssuchasdeepcleaningvermincontrolandroominventories.
- Conductingtrainingsessionsforhousekeepingcolleaguesasrequired.
- Performingroominspectionstoensurecompliancewith5-starresortstandards.
- Maintainingaccuraterecordsonstaffperformanceguestsatisfactionlevelsandotherhotelstandards.
- Ensuringcompliancewithlocalregulationsconcerninghealthsafetyorothercompliancerequirements.
- Attendingallpropertytrainingsandmeetingsasrequired.
